20% marjoram
20 % melissa
20 % aniseed
20 % cumin
10 % chamomile
10 % fennel
Directions for use:
Pour 250 ml of hot water (95-100⁰C) over two teaspoons of the mixture. Wait 10 minutes and strain. The recommended amount to consume is 1 cup 2 to 3 times a day.
